Please inform us as soon as possible if your booking details change.

3. Fares & Payment

Fares may depend on the journey, vehicle requirements, waiting time, tolls, airport charges and any additional stops requested by the passenger.

Any fare estimate provided before the journey may be subject to change if the original booking requirements change.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as early as possible.

Cancellation or no-show charges may apply if a driver has already been dispatched or arrives at the agreed pickup location and the passenger is unavailable.

5. Airport Pickups

Customers should provide correct flight information when booking an airport transfer. Pickup arrangements may change due to flight delays, airport conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Delays

We aim to provide reliable and timely service; however, delays may occur because of traffic, road closures, weather, airport congestion or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Passengers travelling to the airport should allow sufficient time for their journey and airport check-in.

7. Passenger & Luggage Requirements

Customers should inform us in advance if they require a larger vehicle, have excessive luggage, need a child seat or have any other special travel requirements. These requests are subject to availability.
